Establishing a Foundation
Business Jet Access has completely overhauled our Flight Operations and Maintenance Procedures Manuals.
Every maintenance and flight related task has been thoroughly reviewed for efficiency and safety.
Experience
Our crewmembers are seasoned from many years of incident and accident free flying.
Every pilot and flight attendant working for Business Jet has undergone thorough pre-hire interviews, extensive security background checks and previous employment verification.
Our hiring standards reflect the best in the corporate industry.
In fact, the majority of our pilots have prior experience as military aviators or as airline pilots.
Our pilot qualifications are comparable to those of major airline pilots.
In most cases, our charter aircraft are flown by TWO pilots of comparable experience to that of a senior airline Captain.
Training
Although we employ the most highly experienced pilots, we require them to undergo additional training; far exceeding the FAA, industry and major airline standards.

- Altitude physiology (Altitude Chamber) conducted at FAA headquarters in Oklahoma City. This class provides the pilot an opportunity to experience first hand, the onset of incapacitation due to the lack of oxygen, and the physical warning signs when a subtle loss of cabin pressurization is experienced in flight.
- Crew Resource Management (CRM) a comprehensive course that produces highly competent team oriented flight crews.
- Emergency Systems Training where crewmembers become proficient in first aid, survival skills, the use of defibrillators, CPR, response to onboard fires, emergency evacuations and water survival.
- Semi-annual flight simulator training, focusing on pilot proficiency, and training on responses to aircraft emergencies. The FAA ensures these flight simulator facilities are held to the same rigorous standards as the centers that train airline pilots.
- Computer based training that first teaches, then tests the knowledge of our pilots on all facets of the flying profession.
Standardization-Discipline-Professionalism
Our flight crews and mechanics are professionals in every sense of the word.
Standardized flight and maintenance procedures are strictly enforced.
We emphasize professionalism in crewmember appearance, conduct and flight skills.
There are no compromises to these exacting standards.
Evaluations
Internal Audits: Internal company audits are conducted utilizing the same checklists used by the U.S. Air Force and the Department of Defense to evaluate the safety of DoD contract carriers.
External Audits: We hold an ARG/US Platinum rating, the highest achievable standard of Safety awarded by ARG/US.
