Our scheduling and dispatch department adheres to exacting standards to can help make your trip more efficient and enjoyable.
Our team will handle crew coordination, catering, limo transportation and any other special requests you might have.
Whether it's dog bones on a silver tray or massaging neck pillows, you name it, we'll get it.
Prior to your departure, we will also provide you with an exact detailed flight itinerary that includes the name and phone numbers of your pilots, flight times, departure and destination points, reservation numbers for special arrangements, and other pertinent details.
Representatives are available 7 days-a-week, 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year for your convenience.

All Business Jet Access pilots have met stringent requirements and have been approved by our Director of Operations, Director of Training & Standardization, Chief Pilot, and Director of Safety and Security.
In addition to the requirements set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration, BJA has instituted the following mandatory principles for continued safety:
- Full Service Training at Flight Safety International and CAE Simuflite required a minimum of two times per year

At Business Jet Access, we will work to coordinate scheduled maintenance around your agenda.
We strive to keep you updated on the status of upcoming maintenance and the required downtime, so there are no surprises.
Our dedicated team of experienced technicians will work hard to have your aircraft available for you when you need it most.
More importantly, we will never compromise our safety standards, even if it means canceling an important flight.
For your protection and peace of mind, our principles are strictly regimented and we will not waiver from them at any time, regardless of the circumstances.
Our maintenance department will also maintain the following on your behalf:
- Update and track maintenance tasks
- Manual revisions for Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program
- Management of all requirements for FAR Part 91 and/or 135 maintenance operations
- FAA interface on all aircraft issues
- In house maintenance or oversight of outsourced work

- Payment submission for any and all aircraft related bills including fuel, ramp fees, hangar rent/fees, MSP contracts, maintenance costs, client special requests, flight phone, etc.
- Payment submission for all crew related costs including trip expenses, benefits, salaries, training, etc.
