FAR Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate
Many of our management customers have found advantages to placing their aircraft on our Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate.
Because we are the actual owners and administrators of this certificate, we can offer the following direct to our management customers:
- Potential to earn revenue to offset costs of aircraft ownership
- Ability to bill related companies for flight usage on aircraft
- Aircraft parts are exempt from Texas Sales Tax
- Fuel tax credit of .175 per gallon received on charter flights
